The drills contained within the Recertification Program presentations are part of the flexxCOACH Practice Planner. The
flexxCOACH Hockey Practice Planner offers the ability to create practice plans using the 350+ skill and age specific drills created by professional coaches. If you can't find a drill to suit your needs, you can create your own using the flexxCOACH Drill Designer.
Through the Team Tools feature you can also manage your team by emailing your players and parents, scheduling your practices and sharing your practice plans.

If for any reason you need to cancel your Recertification Program, please contact us
via email at support@flexxcoach.com.
Cancellation requests must be in accordance with the following flexxCOACH Terms
and Conditions:
- A processing fee of $10 will be deducted from all credits/refunds unless it is for a duplicate transaction.
- A full refund minus the processing fee will be granted if requested within 2-14 days of starting the Online Recertification Program.
- A 50% refund minus the processing fee will be granted if requested after 14 days of starting the Online Recertification Program.
- All refund requests must include the original date of the transaction.
