The USA Hockey Recertification program uses video presentations that require a high speed Internet connection. We have provided links below that will allow you to test your connection speed.

We recommend a minimum download speed of 768kbps to ensure that the videos will play without interuption.

DSL Subscribers - It is important to note that there are different levels of DSL subscriptions. Although DSL is considered a high speed connection, entry level subscriptions (256k, 512k) may not meet the speed requirements for the videos to stream properly. Please verify your connection speed by using the tests provided below.

Cookies/JavaScript

This requires the use of JavaScript and Cookies. In most browsers JavaScript and Cookies are enabled by default and no action is needed, however if you have disabled them or you are using a program such as Norton Internet Suite, they will need to be enabled for this site to work properly.

Macromedia Flash Player

The USA Hockey Recertification Program uses streaming video within it's presentations. These video presentations require the use of Adobe's Flash Player (version 7.0 or greater) plug-in.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

Some of the presentation documents are in a Portable Document Format (PDF) and require the Acrobat Reader from Adobe in order to view them. The PDF format is used primarily for it's printing capabilities but also to maintain document structure as it was originally intended to be seen.
